This Privacy Policy explains how the game Cascade (“the app”, “we”, “us”), developed by Karl Burns, handles information. We respect your privacy and keep data collection to a minimum. Cascade has no accounts and no sign-in.
We do not ask for, or collect, personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
On-device data. Your game progress, scores, settings, and in-game currency are stored only on your device using standard iOS storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Cascade relies on a small number of third-party services to operate:
On first launch Cascade may ask, using Apple’s standard prompt, whether you allow the app to use your advertising identifier for personalized ads. Your choice is respected and can be changed any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Cascade works fully either way.
Cascade is a general-audience game suitable for all ages. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
Because game data is stored only on your device, you can remove all of it at any time by deleting the app. We do not keep a copy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
