Email Cascade SupportHow do hearts work? You have up to five hearts. Losing a Journey level costs one, and a heart refills automatically over time. You can also refill instantly with Gold Bars.
What are Gold Bars? An in-game currency you can earn by playing or buy in the Shop. Cascade is never pay-to-win — everything Gold Bars buy can also be earned in play.
I bought Gold Bars but don't see them. Open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases. If they still don't appear, email us with your purchase receipt and we'll sort it out.
How do I turn off music or sound? Tap the gear on the home screen (or pause during a game) and toggle Music, Sound Effects, or Haptics.
Does Cascade work offline? Yes — you can play without a connection. Ads and the Shop need internet.
